What is Guided Imagery/Meditation?
This is a type of meditation that utilizes words and sounds to help individuals visualize positive mental images. Participating in meditation/guided imagery practices has been linked to reducing stress for care partners, which in turn can improve health outcomes.
Try incorporating some type of meditation into your weekly/daily life. There are several different types of meditation styles including:
