My name is Vail Belgard and my husband was diagnosed with Parkinson about 1 year ago. He has REALLY enjoyed the Boxing group and feels it has helped him retain his abilities so much. I am retired and work part-time for an apple orchard near Lake Crystal, MN. I enjoy embroidery and knitting. I also read when I can. I MOST enjoy spending time with my children and grandchildren and watching my grandchildren in their activities in school, church and 4H.
